Denver - Oct 1999

This area is mostly for my friends & family. Photos were taken with a Kodak DC20 or a Kodak DC120 Zoom, scaled & in some cases color corrected.

Most of you probably know that I went to Denver. I had the opportunity to visit my parents and brother, catch up with some of my other friends out there, and attend the wedding of my dear friend Liz.

Went to the news stand with my mom, who reads the New York Times enough that the guy there saves a copy for her every day. Actually she reads the paper so much that the out-of-state circulation department of the Times contacts her to make sure a person in Denver can find a copy, and sometimes to get her opinion when they make a format change to the paper. (!)
Found this shot just outside the news stand.

This is my big bro Greg with a friend of his, Sandy.
He treated me to a trip to the Denver Art Museum for an Impressionist show.

Mom at work.

Shot from the Blue Bonnet parking lot.
Denver has some crazy architecture.

Maw & Paw Benz.
Shot in front of their house.

Remember how I was talking about the crazy architecture in Denver?
This here is a masterpiece!

Another shot. A whole building covered with white dots!

You just gotta love it when you find the right place at the right time with the right light.
Right outside the new Denver International Airport.
Viewing such a vista on departing, who could blame me for thinking about a certain someone?

One more shot of my parents. As you can see, my mom's car had a little scuffle with a golf ball.
Thanks Maw & Paw for putting up with me & driving me everywhere while I was out. I love you two!
